Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals – Renewal Process

Recently, a lot of our clients have been asking about renewing their DACA and employment authorization cards. The good news is that the program will continue and renewals will be accepted soon! Immigration is currently working on updating the actual application form and it is expected to be released at the end of May 2014. Immigration is suggesting that DACA recipients file their renewal applications 120 days prior to the expiration of their work authorization cards in order to avoid any gaps.

At Bagia & Associates, PC, we’re committed to continuing to work with all of our current “Dreamers” during this process! Expect a call from us soon, if your DACA and work authorization card expires this fall. If you have any questions (or are a new client that wishes to renew their DACA), please feel free to call us at (215) 922-5354.
